We stand behind every jar. If you don't see a real difference in your dog within 90 days of delivery, you get your money back. No questions asked.

How it works

• Your guarantee starts the day your order is delivered and lasts a full 90 days.
• Email lauren@trykindpaws.com with your order number and a sentence about your experience.
• We refund your purchase in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You don't need to send anything back — even empty jars are covered.

The fine print (kept short)

• The guarantee covers one order per household.
• Refunds cover the product price; original shipping charges (if any) are included too.
• For bundles, the full bundle price is refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately.
